This course is designed to equip students with the fundamental tools of a professional economist, giving you the ability to assess a wide range of theoretical, empirical or policy economic issues
The course provides the option for specialization in classes that are relatively small in size to allow for active interaction
Specialise by choosing from a range of optional modules, such as in international business, the economics of development, the economics of financial markets, advanced macroeconomics and finance, and the economics of public policy
Students study about the micro-principles of economic behaviour to macro-outcomes of national and global importance, combining methodological, theoretical and applied issues of prime relevance to the study and practice of economics and economic policy
