Students will gain a clear understanding of the practical issues which organisations face today in managing individuals and workforces
Students have the opportunity to acquire valuable experience and industry contacts with a real-world independent consulting project with an external client, through our Links Scheme
It is available with three streams:
- Human Resource Management (HRM)
- International Employment Relations (IER)
- Organisational Behaviour (OB)

Bachelors	60.0% Applicants must hold an upper second class honours degree (2:1) or equivalent in any discipline
Exams	IELTS: 7 No section below 6.5 PTE: 65 No section below 58
Additional info	Documents required: Academic achievement (including predicted and achieved grades): Transcripts/mark sheets and proof of existing qualifications Two academic references: from tutors who have taught the student at university CV: Includes the employment history or other professional experience, including internships Statement of academic purpose: Should be typed and no longer than two sides of A4 paper. There is no fixed word limit, but we expect statement(s) to be no longer than 1,000 - 1,500 words GMAT or GRE score is not required, but a strong result from either of these tests may benefit applicants ELP should be waived off if the applicants have a degree taught in English
