- The 37-credit Master of Science degree program in Applied Mathematics offers specializations in either Classical Mathematics or Computer Mathematics. Classical Mathematics focuses on the foundations of modern mathematical theory, covering linear algebra, numerical methods, and complex analysis. Computer Mathematics combines the fields of mathematics and technology through courses such as logic and information, applications of analysis, linear programming and statistics.
