  • Applicants must hold a bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering field
  • Applicants with non Mechanical engineering field degree are adviced to study Mechanical Engineering courses before applying for MSME. These includes courses such as Physics, Calculus III, Differential Equations, Statics e.t.c.
  • Three-year Bachelor's degrees are accepted if all coursework is completed and the final diploma has been issued. Three-year degrees that are in progress will not be accepted
  • If a student GPA is minimally below the required, but the student has reasonably high GRE. In this case the student has to keep B or better grades in all graduate level courses during the first semester.

  • International students that satisfy TOEFL criteria and have exceptionally high Quantitative GRE scores (say above 160) may be considered for admission if they have minimum combined GRE score of 300
