  • Applicants must have passed Canadian High School (Grade 12) diploma or equivalent with an overall average of C or better (2.0 on a 4.33 scale) OR;
  • Has Twenty-one (21) years of age or older and out of high school for at least two years, and
  • Documented success through academic, professional or volunteer activities

  • ELP requirement may be waived if the applicant has graduated from a recognized secondary school attended for four (4) or more consecutive years of full-time education where English was the language of instruction but operates in a country where English is not a primary language
