The MA Art Gallery and Museum Studies aims to provide students with critical understandings of issues in curatorship, museology and museum management
Other programmes available include:- Fine Art MA, Arts Management & Heritage Studies MA, Critical & Cultural Theory MA
Students will develop critical understandings of the histories of art galleries and museums and explore and challenge key ideas that have shaped museum practice
Students will also develop practical skills through working on an interpretation project in our archives and collections on campus, and can undertake a negotiated work placement

Bachelors	60.0% Applicant must have a bachelor degree with a 2:1 (Hons) in a relevant subject Professional experience will also be considered It is expected that all applicants have some form of experience in an appropriate field prior to entry onto the degree and this could be in the form of volunteer work
Exams	IELTS: 6.5 With no less than 6.0 in each section PTE: 64 With at least 60 in each of the skills
Additional info	Applicants with a 70-75% in English in 12th depending on state board can fulfil English language proficiency If applicants would like to check their experience against entry requirements, then they need to contact the School Qualified applicants will be invited to an interview The interview will take place via video link such as Skype for international students The interview is an opportunity for applicants to ask questions and discuss their interest in the subject
