  • The Master of Business Information and Logistics Management will develop and expand students’ skills to manage IT infrastructure projects, determine enterprise systems requirements, analyze organizational data for business intelligence, lead information systems strategies, manage supply chains, and apply emerging technologies across the enterprise
  • A major focus of the course is developing students’ ability to work with IT teams to improve operations. For example, in the Enterprise Information Systems unit, students will learn to:
    • Identify and analyze business information requirements related to enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
    • Conduct a feasibility analysis for ERP acquisition and make a justified recommendation
    • Liaise with vendors and software specialists in configuring and customizing ERP systems, etc.
  • Within the Masters of Business Information and Logistics Management, the Project Management unit will also develop students’ capacity to oversee a portfolio of strategic projects
  • Topics include project creation and planning; scheduling, network analysis, and resource management; control of projects during their development and execution phases; organizing the project team; and benefits realization
  • Students will be able to apply project management skills, tools, and techniques in a realistic setting, making use of standard project management software

To be considered for admission to this course an applicant must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification, as recognized by UWA; and either:
    • The equivalent of a UWA Weighted Average Mark of at least 50 percent
    • At least two years’ professional experience in a relevant occupation; or 
  • Completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Information and Logistics Management or a Graduate Certificate in Commerce at UWA
ExamsTOEFL: 82
  • With a minimum score of 22 in the Writing section; 18 in the Reading section; 20 in the Speaking section; and 20 in the Listening section

IELTS: 6.5
  • No band less than 6.0 (must include Academic Reading and Writing modules)

PTE: 64
  • With a minimum score of 59 in the speaking and writing sections, and no less than 54 in the listening and reading sections

  • Applicants with English language components with a minimum grade B2 (CBSE) or 60% (CISCE) are exempted from English language proficiency requirements
  • Applicants with English A1 at HL or SL - Minimum score 4, English A2 at HL or SL - Minimum score 4, English B at HL - Minimum score 5 are exempted from the English language proficiency requirement
