The course will equip students with the knowledge and skills they will need for employment and promotions in safety, health and environmental management and they will develop transferable key skills and personal attributes that promote employability and lifelong learning
Throughout the course students will study key concepts such as risk and sustainability
Students will also gain the knowledge and skills to be able to make independent professional judgements and contribute effectively to organisational strategies
In the second year, for one semester, Students will undertake an internship, study in another country or join a research group
Students will study modules like Environmental Protection and Health, Managing for Health and Safety, Risk Management, Law and Compliance, etc
