  • Applicants should have an honours degree or equivalent qualification in a built environment discipline, such as civil engineering, construction, surveying or architecture
  • Applicants with undergraduate degrees in other disciplines will be considered on an individual basis
  • Applicants with relevant experience with a membership of an appropriate professional body will be considered
  • Applicants must have a four-year bachelor degree with a minimum of 55% in Final Year (However, if graduating from one of the top universities: Pune, Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Osmania, and JNTU a minimum of 50% in the final year is required)

  • With a minimum of 5.5 in each component
  • Applicants can be waived from IELTS scores if they are having 70% in English in Standard XII
