  • Applicants should have an undergraduate degree at a 2:2 honours degree or equivalent qualification in a built environment discipline such as civil engineering, construction, surveying or architecture. Undergraduate degrees in other disciplines on an individual basis will also be considered
  • Alternatively, relevant experience with a membership of an appropriate professional body will be considered
  • Applicants must have a four-year bachelor degree with a minimum of 55% in Final Year (However, if graduating from one of the top universities: Pune, Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Osmania, and JNTU a minimum of 50% in the final year is required)
ExamsIELTS: 6
  • With a minimum of 5.5 in each skill
  • English language requirements will be waived if students have 70% in English in Standard XII
