The MSc Pharmaceutical Science programme aims to enhance skills of the applicants for pharmaceutical research, development or manufacturing
The program will allow the students to be involved in many disciplines of pharmaceutical sciences from drug discovery and medicinal chemistry through to product development and manufacture and including pharmaceutical analysis, quality control and quality assurance
The vital part of the programme is a research project that runs over the whole academic year and gives students the opportunity to work with modern research equipment to carry out novel research
The first year studying involves a series of lectures, seminars, workshops, and lab-based exercises and the second year consists of a one-year company based internship which students are responsible for securing
The programme will generate graduates with in-depth theoretical knowledge and extensive laboratory skills

Bachelors	50.0% Applicants must have : A BSc honours degree normally at 2.2 or above or equivalent level qualification in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences Or, substantial workplace experience Applicants from other backgrounds are considered but applicants should e-mail the Programme Leader via fes-courseinfo@gre.ac.uk Applicants should have an undergraduate degree at 2.2 or above, or equivalent qualification, from a recognized university or higher education institute Applicants must have a four-year bachelor degree with a minimum of 55% in Final Year (However, if graduating from one of the top universities: Pune, Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Osmania, and JNTU a minimum of 50% in the final year is required)
Exams	IELTS: 6 With a minimum of 5.5 in each skill English language requirements will be waived if students have 70% in English in Standard XII PTE: Accepted
