- Applicants must have earned a bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. or international institution. Three-year degrees that are equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree will be considered for admission
- Applicants must earn a minimum grade of “B” to meet the requirement, or have demonstrated sufficient knowledge in the area through the completion of related courses
- These courses must be taken at an accredited three- or four-year, not-for-profit college or university
- Each course must be at least 3 credits or the equivalent of a full semester course. Courses to satisfy prerequisites may alternately be taken online and students must be able to provide the verified grade in the course
- Courses taken at other educational institutions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Prerequisites Required:
- Financial Management: Students should have completed an introductory course in finance that covers projected financial statements, the time value of money, capital budgeting, financial leverage, security valuation, risk/return, working capital management, and international finance. The course should also cover basic financial statistical analysis
- Quantitative Methods: Students should have completed a course which emphasizes quantitative models and/or methods such as Statistics, Calculus, Econometrics, Data Analytics, Math Analysis, Real Analysis, Linear Algebra, Advanced Math or Math Modeling

- The University accepts three-year degrees from India that are accredited by NAAC at an "A" level or higher
- Alternatively, if WES considers the applicant's degree to be equivalent, then the university will consider the application eligible for admission
Documents Required:
- Unofficial transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended are required (including study abroad, post-graduate work, etc.). Degree audits will not be accepted in lieu of unofficial transcripts
- Applicants whose transcripts are not in English must provide both original language and English-translated transcripts
- One written essay - The written essay question is as follows:
- what drove you to pursue a graduate program in finance? (500-750 words). Additionally, applicants must respond to short answer questions regarding their career goals. If necessary, you may provide additional information, not mentioned elsewhere in your application, that you would like the Admissions Committee to consider as part of your application
- Video - Applicants must submit a brief video responding to two questions posed by the International Business School community, as well as a written response to a third question. The Video Essay is a great way for the admissions committee to learn a little bit more about you. You will be prompted to complete the Video Essay once you have submitted your application
- A current resume detailing educational and employment history is required
- Candidates with little or no full-time work experience should include internships in the employment history section of the online application
- Two recommendations are required for the MSF program. One recommendation should come from a professional contact and one recommendation should come from an academic contact
- GMAT OR GRE Scores (not required, but applicants have the option to submit their scores for consideration)
- Proof of English language proficiency
